1. General provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between You (“Buyer”, “You”) and SIA "Annahouse"

("Annahouse", "we"; hereinafter collectively referred to as "Parties" and each individually as a "Party") in connection with your use of the Annahouse website https://annahouse.eu ("Website") for placing orders.
1.2 By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Annahouse Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), and agrees that these documents are binding on the Buyer.
1.3 If any terms agreed between the Parties may be interpreted as mutually contradictory, the Parties shall observe the following order of priority in the interpretation and application of the terms: (i) Special Terms (if any); (ii) Privacy Policy; (iii) Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms listed first will take precedence over the terms listed below in the preceding text (for example, special terms take precedence over the Terms and Conditions).
1.4 The terms and conditions must not contradict the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia and, if necessary (in case of disputes or missing information), they are supplemented with the applicable legislation.
1.5 The purchase of goods from Annahouse is only intended for persons over 18 years of age. If the Buyer has not yet reached the age of 18 or is a minor in the Buyer's country of residence, the Buyer may not place an order at any time and under any circumstances. When placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that either the Buyer has reached the age of at least 18, or the Buyer's parents or legal guardian, who is at least 18 years old and has accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Buyer, has authorized the Buyer to place an order on the Website.
1.6 Annahouse reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions and product prices, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency, competitiveness, further development and addition or reorganization of the product assortment. Amendments and additions to the Terms and Conditions and product prices come into effect from the moment this information is published on the Website. If the Buyer has placed an order before the amendments to the Terms and Conditions enter into force, the terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall apply to the order, unless the law or these Terms and Conditions stipulate otherwise.
2. Placing an order
2.1 The buyer chooses the desired goods, delivery method and payment method. The buyer confirms the placing of the order by making all the necessary choices and filling in all the necessary information.
2.2 As soon as you have confirmed the placing of the order and clicked the "Complete purchase" button (the moment of placing the order), the order is submitted to Annahouse for processing and cannot be changed. Annahouse will only process an order if the entire purchase process and order placement has been properly completed and the Website has not reported any errors.
2.3 If Annahouse chooses to accept the order, the Buyer will be issued an invoice together with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by sending them to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer to Annahouse (“e-mail address”).
2.4 Please note that orders placed on the Website are processed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2.5 Before paying the invoice, we ask the Buyer to make sure that the information specified in the invoice corresponds to the Buyer's actual request.
2.6 The buyer pays the price specified in the invoice.
2.7 After receiving the payment for the goods, Annahouse sends a confirmation to the Buyer's e-mail address and sends the goods according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer at the time of placing the order.
3. Price of goods.
3.1 The prices of goods sold on the website are indicated in euros, excluding delivery costs.
All prices include VAT at 21%. The buyer chooses the desired delivery method and delivery price. The selected Delivery costs are added to the price of the goods.
3.2 Annahouse reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Buyer has successfully placed an order before the price change takes effect, the current price is applied to the Buyer specified at the moment when the Buyer confirms the order.
3.3 More detailed information on delivery methods and prices is provided in the "Delivery" section of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Preparation of the order for execution.4.1 The order is prepared within 1-3 working days to be issued or delivered.
4.2 If it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be contacted via e-mail address and the amount paid will be returned to the bank account from which the Buyer made the payment.
5. Order delivery.
5.1 If the order and contact information have been properly filled out/sent, information on order fulfillment deadlines and order delivery tracking information is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
5.2 Purchased goods in Latvia and the world are delivered via Latvijas Pasta and DPD courier.
5.3 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, the specific applicable delivery costs will be displayed before you can confirm your order.
6. Right of return and refusal of goods.
6.1 The right to return and refuse goods must be used in good faith.
6.2 The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the date on which the Buyer has obtained or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Buyer has obtained possession of the goods.
6.3 Within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order (when the Buyer receives the product in his possession), the Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us/Annahouse in advance by writing to info@annahouse.lv or by phone at 22084800 for notification of the right of withdrawal.
