Returns and Refunds

Use the right to return and refuse goods in good faith.

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the product within 14 days without giving a reason. The period of exercising the right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days, starting from the day when the Consumer has obtained or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer has obtained possession of the goods.
  • Within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order (when the consumer receives the product in his possession), the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us/Annahouse in advance by writing to info@annahouse.lv or by phone at 22084800 for notification of the right of withdrawal.
  • The right of refusal can be applied for by submitting a written notice of refusal. In order for the deadline for the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
  • In case of exercise of the right of refusal, the consumer bears the costs associated with returning the product and receiving it again, i.e. i. transport and other expenses.
  • The Consumer must hand over the product to Annahouse without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Consumer notified Annahouse of the decision to reject the product and the concluded contract.
  • The item will be checked within 3 working days. During this period, Annahouse will contact the consumer regarding the condition of the product and compliance with the right of withdrawal.
  • The product must be in excellent condition (no missing parts, the product and/or its instructions are not personalized, the product is not damaged).
  • If the product is not in excellent condition (parts are missing, the product and/or its instructions are personalized, the product is damaged), Annahouse may not accept the refusal or agree with the consumer on the amount of compensation.

Consequences of Returning Goods and Refusal

  • If the Consumer rejects the product and the concluded contract and returns the product in excellent condition (the same as when the product was received), Annahouse will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to the fact that the Consumer has chosen a delivery method that is not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Annahouse), without unreasonable delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when Annahouse was informed of the Consumer's decision to abandon the product and the concluded contract.
  • Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that the Consumer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. In any case, no fee will be charged to the Consumer in connection with such refund.
